I just want to tell you how happy we are with our new Trane Furnace and Heat Pump. We have been in our home 11 years and our cooling and heat have never been evenly distributed through the house. We had furnace and central air prior to the installation of furnace and heat pump. Ron told us that the heat pump would be the way to go and save money with our propane bill. He was totally right and we have already saved money with the heat pump. For the first time, in 11 years, our great room stays the same temperature as the rest of the house. They came out the next day. Maintenance man had to come again and was very cordial and although it was getting late, he called for a part and went and got it and installed it that night. Our first experience with Cloverleaf Mechanical was Jan. 15, 2001. It was Martin Luther King day and we weren't sure we could find anyone to come that day as it was considered a holiday. I can't remember why we called Cloverleaf, unless we saw an ad in the paper. Ron, the name of the technician, came to the house. At that time, he was working out of his home. After checking the furnace, he found the thermostat wasn't working. He put in a digital thermostat, checked the furnace, air filter, and humidifier. He was very friendly, we were impressed with him and the service we received. The young man that came from my last call was very friendly. He explained to me about my concerns and checked the furnace and found everything to be okay.

During the recent storm and power outage we were without power for (18) hours. We have a free standing gas stove that we haven't used for years. It is not easy to get someone to work on one of those. We called you to see if we could get someone to come and look at it. Although we knew you would be super busy, you made time for us because it was our only source of heat.
